All tickets for the Event are non-refundable without exceptions, but they come with a 100% Risk-Free Guarantee. If you are unable to attend the Event for any reason, you can receive a 100% credit for a future event by providing written notice to [email protected] at least 15 days before the Event. Please note that this credit does not cover any hotel or processing fees. Requests for credit must be made in writing and occur 15 days before the event; credit requests submitted after the event will not be accepted.

Events start on the evening on of March 17th with a closing party on the evening of March 19th 2024.
Yes, the event will be live streamed and will be recorded. You will need to purchase a ticket for the live streaming event. VIP attendees will receive the recording with their ticket package. General admission will need to purchase an add-on for the video recordings.

We’re working on the event agenda now. The conference content intended for both beginners and experienced hosts looking to innovate their STR business.
Coffee, Tea, and water will be provided at the conference as well a lunch on March 18th & 19th.
Each conference day will run from 9-5pm with official or unofficial afterparties on all days.
We’re expecting around 250-300 attendees at the conference.
You can record video/audio of the event as long is it doesn’t interfere with the speakers or AV crew filming the event. We recommend you listen, take notes, and participate. If you want video recording they will be available for purchase after the event.
